    SolarPLUS S — Berlin grant for home solar with a battery

    €250 per kWp, up to €4,750

    Owners (or others entitled to decide) of single-family, two-family and terraced houses in Berlin, lived in or rented out. The PV system and the battery must be new and installed together.

  • National

    0% VAT on solar PV systems for homes (Nullsteuersatz, § 12 Abs. 3 UStG)

    15.9% of the cost

    PV systems of any size on or near homes, and on public buildings. A system of up to 30 kWp registered in the Marktstammdatenregister always qualifies. You buy the system as its operator.
