SolarPLUS S — Berlin grant for home solar with a battery
Berlin pays a flat €250 per kWp (whole kWp, from 2 kWp) when you install a new solar system together with a battery on a house, up to €4,750 from 19 kWp. Apply to IBB Business Team before you order. A separate €750 for a new meter cabinet is not included here.

Who qualifies
Owners (or others entitled to decide) of single-family, two-family and terraced houses in Berlin, lived in or rented out. The PV system and the battery must be new and installed together.
How to apply
Apply through the official page. Check these points first:
- Buildings: detached homes, semi-detached homes, terraced homes
- Systems of at least 2 kWp
- A battery must be part of the installation
- Apply online to IBB Business Team before you sign the order or pay a deposit
- The battery is installed with the new PV system, or its application follows within 3 months of commissioning
- The project is finished within one year of applying
- Grants are awarded while the 2026 budget lasts
