These terms explain what SolarPlan does and does not do, so you know exactly what an estimate means and who you are dealing with when you ask for offers.

About SolarPlan

SolarPlan is operated by ФОП Ковалько Ігор Олександрович, Ukraine. It is a planning and procurement platform: it helps you understand what solar panels and battery storage could look like at your home or business and what they could cost, and it lets you ask independent installers for real offers. SolarPlan does not sell or install equipment itself. You can write to us at support@solarplan.app.

Plans are estimates, not offers

Every figure in a SolarPlan plan — panel count, system size, battery capacity, production, cost, savings, payback and independence — is an estimate. It is calculated from your roof data, typical weather, the answers you give and the assumptions shown in the plan, such as electricity prices.

  • An estimate is not a quote and not a binding offer from SolarPlan or from any installer.
  • Real prices and designs come from installers after they have checked your home. They can differ from the estimate.
  • When roof data is simulated or limited, the plan says so. Treat those plans as a rough guide only.

Installers are independent

Installers on SolarPlan are independent companies. Verification: SolarPlan checked the company's registration (EDRPOU/NIF), contacts and website. Any contract for equipment or installation is between you and the installer you choose, on their terms.

We share your project with installers only after you give explicit consent — with up to 3 companies for a home and up to 5 for a business, or only with the companies you choose. A company sees your name, contact details and address only once it opens your project, and may then contact you directly. You can withdraw your consent at any time by cancelling the request, which withdraws it for every company. SolarPlan does not rank offers or choose a winner for you — the comparison shows the differences, and the decision is yours.

Incentives

Incentive programmes are shown as “Potentially eligible”: they match your area and system on the information we have, but only the public body that runs a programme can decide whether you qualify. Amounts are estimates, programmes can change or close, and each record shows its official source and when it was last checked. Always confirm the conditions with the source before you rely on them.

Financing and advice

Monthly payments shown in a plan are indicative calculations from a lender’s published example terms. They are not a credit offer and do not mean you would be approved — only the lender can decide that, after its own assessment. SolarPlan does not give financial, tax or legal advice; for decisions like these, speak to a qualified adviser.

Using the service fairly

  • Enter an address only for a property you own or are entitled to make decisions about.
  • Give accurate contact details when you ask for offers, so installers can reach the right person.
  • Do not use SolarPlan to collect data about other people, to overload the service or to copy its content at scale.

Installer accounts

Companies using the installer platform also accept the commercial conditions shown when they sign up and buy credits, including credit prices. Credit packs are paid by card through monobank. Prices can change; changes apply to projects opened later, never to projects already opened. Opening a project is final — credits are not refunded. Every project is a real request with an SMS-confirmed phone number and a detailed plan.

Liability

We work to keep SolarPlan accurate and available, but estimates can be wrong and the service can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an estimate, or for the work, products or offers of installers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; each version has a version number, and significant changes will be announced before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.
