## What a credit gets you.

Credits open qualified solar projects — only the ones you choose.

- **A qualified project.** Planned in SolarPlan, phone confirmed by SMS code, asking for quotes — see what that means below.
- **Everything but contacts, before you pay.** Area, roof type, kWp, battery, consumption, timeline and readiness.
- **You choose what to open.** Projects in your territories and work types. Open the ones that fit, skip the rest.
- **First project free.** Then prepaid credits. The price depends on the project’s size and type; you see it before opening.

## Questions

### Where do the projects come from?

From homeowners and businesses who plan on SolarPlan and ask for quotes, matched to your territories and work types. Up to 3 companies can open a home project, up to 5 a business project.

### What does it cost?

Your first project is free. After that you buy prepaid credit packs and spend credits only when you open a project. The price depends on the project’s type, size and readiness, and you see it on every project before you open it. No subscription. Opening a project is final — credits are not refunded. Every project is a real request with an SMS-confirmed phone number and a detailed plan.

### What if a homeowner picks my company?

The project shows “The owner chose your company” and stays reserved for the companies they chose for a day. You open it at its normal price, or free if it is your first project.

### How is homeowner data handled?

Homeowners give recorded consent to be contacted about their project by the companies it’s shared with. Use their details for that project only.
